RRP Childhood Trauma Survivors’

Six-month Psycho-educational Support Groups

Popularized by beloved psychotherapist and You-Tube educator Patrick Teahan, the RRP sixth month group is a container for people who have suffered caregiver-related trauma and other types of childhood trauma. This group is for you if you know that you have unresolved issues from childhood that are holding you back in the present and you are ready to work with others like you in a supportive, trauma-aware container. Our goals is to engage in a process that works through unfinished business from childhood in a good-enough way that we are able to reclaim our time from being triggered and learn to have more trust and intimacy in our current relationships.

We do this through modeling safety in relationship, receiving affirmation and validation from our peers, and through grief work. If this sounds like something you’d like to do, please reach out. Groups meet weekly, with a few scheduled breaks, for 90-minute sessions, for a six-month duration. Not limited to California residents.

Cost: $75

Duration: 90 minutes, one a week, for six months
