RRP Childhood Trauma Survivors’
Six-month Psycho-educational Support Groups
Popularized by beloved psychotherapist and You-Tube educator Patrick Teahan, the RRP sixth month group is a container for people who have suffered caregiver-related trauma and other types of childhood trauma. This group is for you if you know that you have unresolved issues from childhood that are holding you back in the present and you are ready to work with others like you in a supportive, trauma-aware container. Our goals is to engage in a process that works through unfinished business from childhood in a good-enough way that we are able to reclaim our time from being triggered and learn to have more trust and intimacy in our current relationships.
We do this through modeling safety in relationship, receiving affirmation and validation from our peers, and through grief work. If this sounds like something you’d like to do, please reach out. Groups meet weekly, with a few scheduled breaks, for 90-minute sessions, for a six-month duration. Not limited to California residents.
Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, Facilitation and Integration Services

Tarot
Sometimes you just want a really good Tarot reading, with someone who has a great reputation and a ton of experience with Tarot and archetypes. I provide that, plus, as a therapist, I can steer you towards resources if I see anything come up that requires care and attention.

Case Management
Do you need SPECIFIC help? Could you use some support and assistance with processes that require filling out a lot of forms and dealing with large government or corporate entities? Some examples would be: divorce, a loved one declining, needing care or dying, applying for Social Security Disability insurance for mental illness, supporting a loved one who is currently experiencing an inpatient hospitalization, a family navigating the family court system and department of children and family services, a patient trying to navigate the health system who needs to find a doctor or psychiatrist, and more. My experience as a case manager in agency and hospital mental health, as well as my past specializations in children in foster care and adults with chronic mental illness makes me specially equipped to help you so you don’t scratch out your own eyes or miss the opportunity to get services because the system was designed to make folks give up.
Price varies according to service but is about $120 an hour
